Today, Red Bull Theater announced that Kate Burton will join the cast of the first public presentation of a new dramatization of Ben Jonson’s Sejanus, His Fall, adapted and directed by Nathan Winkelstein, Red Bull’s Associate Artistic Director. 

RED BULL THEATER today announced that its offerings will continue on Monday May 3rd at 7:30 PM with a RemarkaBULL Podversation, Exploring CYMBELINE with Lily Rabe. She will join host Nathan Winkelstein, Red Bull’s Associate Artistic Director, for a conversation focused on an essential passage from Shakespeare's Cymbeline.

Today's episode features Kate Burton- best known for her Tony nominated work on Broadway (where she last appeared in Present Laughter with Kevin Kline) and for her Emmy nominated work in Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal. Listen as she tells stories of her famous family, upbringing in the arts, and more!

Center Theatre Group has announced their digital stage schedule for April 5 – April 11, 2021. The Stratford Festival’s “Macbeth” premieres Thursday, April 8 and is available on demand through July 7, 2021. Matthew Bourne’s “Romeo and Juliet” is premiering Thursday, February 18 at 5:00 p.m. and streaming Friday, February 19 at 5 and 8 pm; Saturday, February 20 at 2, 5 and 8 p.m. and Sunday, February 21 at 1 and 6:30 p.m. (all times Pacific).

Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. (HWZOA), and Hadassah International will present “Coming Together to Heal Our World,” a virtual global benefit for Hadassah Hospitals, to be broadcast on Sunday, February 21.

Friends of Bay Street, the group formed to build Bay Street Theater a new home, have hired Stephen Hamilton as the new Director of External Affairs. He comes to this position with many years as a successful arts administrator, as well as being one of the original co-founders of Bay Street Theater itself. Most recently, he served as the Acting Executive Director of the Sag Harbor Cinema.
