The Barn Theatre in Cirencester has announced that their reimagined production of the Tony and Olivier award-winning musical Once has extended its run at the Cotswold theatre until 19th August. The production forms part of the Barn Theatre’s fifth anniversary season.

The Barn Theatre in Cirencester has today announced the six local young performers who will be sharing the role of Ivonka in the theatre’s reimagined revival of the Tony and Olivier award-winning musical Once, which runs at the Cotswold theatre until 12th August.  

Acclaimed theatre and film producer Patrick Daly and his production house Caledonia Productions (August: Osage County, UNA) has signed a first-look deal with Passenger, which is headed by its founder Richard Brown (This England, True Detective, Catch-22).

Syracuse Stage has announced two musicals that will complete the lineup for the organization's 50th anniversary season. Audiences are immersed in the soulful music of Billie Holiday with Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, Oct. 18 – Nov. 5.

Once tells the story of a musician in Dublin who plays his own compositions to earn a few bucks. Spending a day by chance, a Czech immigrant is enchanted by the melodies and accidentally enters his life. When they least realize it, the two are composing sentimental songs together, but find it difficult to start a romance.

Writers Theatre has announced a second and final extension to the run of the Tony Award-winning musical Once, based on the 2007 film written and directed by John Carney. 

Savannah Rep's 2023 mainstage season will open with the Broadway sensation ONCE, with music by Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová, and a book by Enda Walsh.

Boston University College of Fine Arts (CFA) School of Theatre has announced its upcoming production at BU's state-of-the-art Joan & Edgar Booth Theatre, Once, running from December 7-10, 2022.

The full cast has been announced for ONCE – IN CONCERT at the London Palladium on Sunday 12 March (at 3pm and 7pm). ONCE - IN CONCERT, which went on sale on 23 September before adding a second performance due to public demand, has only a limited number of tickets still available.

The Berkshire Theatre Critics Association has announced the nominees for the 6th Berkshire Theatre Awards, known colloquially as The Berkies. This year’s awards recognize shows that opened in the greater Berkshire region between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.

Lambert Jackson, the producers of ONCE – IN CONCERT at the London Palladium has announced that they have added a second performance, due to overwhelming public demand. A 3pm show has been added to the existing 7pm performance on Sunday 12 March at the London Palladium.

Carrie Hope Fletcher (Heathers, Cinderella, Les Misérables) and Jamie Muscato (Heathers, Bend It Like Beckham, The Undeclared War) will reunite in 2023, starring as 'Girl' and 'Guy' in ONCE – IN CONCERT at the London Palladium on Sunday 12 March.
