The new musical King Kong opens on Broadway tomorrow, Thursday November 8, at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway). The production began performances October 5. All new photos have been released, and you can check them out below!

Leg Up On Life presents MATRIARCH benefiting Planned Parenthood hosted by Daniel Gold. Gold created Leg Up On Life wanting to create a platform for artists together of all styles to get their works out to the public while raising money for a phenomenal organizations. Matriarch is taking place Monday, April 30th, 2018 at Dixon Place. Performances will take place 6pm and 8:30pm doors opening a half hour prior. Throughout the shows there will be raffles taking place that can only be won if in attendance.

OTHER WORLD, a new musical with an original score and story by Tony Award Nominee Hunter Bell (book), Obie Award winner Jeff Bowen (music and lyrics), and singer-songwriter and author Ann McNamee (music and lyrics) will have an invitation-only developmental lab presentation on Thursday, February 15 and Friday, February 16 at Jerome Robbins Theatre at Baryshnikov Arts Center, 450 W. 37th Street.

Rock of Ages runs August 24 - October 15, 2017 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The Press Opening is Today, September 7, 2017. Broadway veteran Mitzi Hamilton, one of the dancers inMichael Bennett's original developmental workshop that provided the inspiration for the character of Val in A Chorus Line, directs and choreographs the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical at Surflight Theatre, now playing through September 14.

It seems right that Surflight Theatre closes it's 2014 season with A CHORUS LINE. After 65 years as a New Jersey theatrical institution, Surflight must have hosted hundreds of such auditions, giving that first 'big break' to scores of performers.
