Samuel French’s Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival has announced that Joshua Harmon is this year’s honorary festival playwright. Octopus Theatricals, in partnership with Phantom Limb Company and Arts Brookfield, announced a series of new mobile puppet performances collectively titled, “THE PUPPET CYCLE: Small World Stories.” Commissioned by Arts Brookfield, the performances are free, open to the public and will premiere at Brookfield Properties' Manhattan West, Zuccotti Park, and Brooklyn Commons in late July and August.
