The producers of Broadway's smash Waitress announced today that Grammy Award winner Jason Mraz will extend his engagement as Dr. Pomatter in the show until February 11, sharing two more weeks with the show's Grammy and Tony Award nominated composer and lyricist Sara Bareilles, who returns to the show on January 16 as Jenna, the titular pie-maker. Ms. Bareilles will be in the show through February 25. She made her Broadway debut in the show last year, breaking house records at the theatre. Mr. Mraz had previously been scheduled to depart the show on January 28.
