New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents Straight No Chaser. Celebrate the holidays with a sparkling evening of hits and Yuletide favorites, delivered with polish and a sly sense of humor by this all-male a cappella sensation. If the phrase "all-male a cappella group" conjures up an image of students in blue blazers, ties, and khakis singing traditional college songs on ivied campuses - think again. Straight No Chaser is neither strait-laced nor straight-faced, but neither is this pop phenomenon mere vaudeville-style kitsch. These polished vocalists have emerged as a pop phenomenon, with a massive fanbase, numerous national television appearances (including their PBS specials, Live from New York and Songs of the Decades), and proven success in the recording studio with a string of CD releases.

On the road, Straight No Chaser has built a reputation as a singularly unforgettable live act. On their best-selling recordings, the ensemble has lent its signature style to American Songbook favorites like "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," "Only You," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours)," and dozens more. Their vocal expertise has also attracted an array of guest artists to join them in the studio - artists like Barry Manilow, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Jason Mraz and more, all eager to lend their status to this one-of-a-kind a cappella sensation.

Straight No Chaser is the real deal, the captivating sound of nine unadulterated human voices coming together to make extraordinary music that moves audiences in a fundamental way - and with a distinct sense of humor. Tickets to see Straight No Chaser are available at NJPAC.org or 888.GO.NJPAC (888.466.5722) or by visiting the NJPAC Box Office.
