The NOCCA Institute has cancelled its 2020 ART&SOUL gala, which was scheduled to take place Saturday, March 21 on the campus of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. However, the Institute will hold its silent auction and Winner's Choice Raffle as planned, with special livestreams on Facebook and Instagram.

More than 200 of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County's dedicated community leaders and philanthropists gathered for a festive evening at the Celebrating Philanthropy Dinner and reception on February 10, 2020 at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The featured speaker was Michael Solomonov, a James Beard Award-Winning Chef, and the evening honored the vision and leadership of dedicated community leader and philanthropist Judith A. Levy. The event was chaired by Hope and Gene Silverman; Rita and Charles Bronfman served as Honorary Chairs.

Chef Norman Van Aken and partners Tom and Kim Wood announce that they are re-opening their flagship restaurant on Sand Lake's famed Restaurant Row in the iconic Dellagio Town Center. Plans for a unique renovation of the 7,500 square foot space, revealed in first quarter 2020, will show a complete reimagining of the anchor space at the corner of Sand Lake Road and Della. Including a bold new look for 1,750 square feet of outdoor event space. The grand opening for NORMAN'S is targeted for late summer 2020. The New School's College of Performing Arts (COPA) today announced Aaron Copland: An American Portrait, a one-of-a-kind concert and performance at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall honoring Aaron Copland's legacy as a visionary composer and citizen-artist. With great excitement, Teatro ZinZanni today announced the name and chef for their new restaurant Wheelhouse, a new gathering place for both locals and visitors to experience set to open mid-October 2019 within the world-renowned wine and outdoor destination. The name is an ode to the prominence of the railway line that ran along the site and the wheelhouse is a device for switching locomotives from one track to another.
