NYTW Will Present 17 BORDER CROSSINGS This Spring

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) will present 17 Border Crossings, created and performed by NYTW Usual Suspect Thaddeus Phillips (A Billion Nights on Earth), and directed by Tatiana Mallarino (Red Eye to Havre de Grace). This will be Thaddeus Phillips's third collaboration with NYTW, following ¡El Conquistador! in 2006 and Red Eye to Havre de Grace in 2014.
Esa-Pekka Salonen Conducts Colburn Orchestra At The Soraya

World renowned composer and conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen will conduct the Colburn Orchestra at The Soraya on Thursday, January 31 at 8 p.m. The program features Strauss tone poems the playful Til Eulenspiegel and grand Also sprach Zarathustra as well as Mozart's Clarinet Concerto performed by Cristina Mateo S ez, a Colburn Conservatory student and Jacques Lancelot International Clarinet Competition prizewinner.

Sonia Friedman Productions and Fox Stage Productions have today announced a live cinema broadcast for All About Eve. The world premiere of Ivo van Hove's highly anticipated stage adaptation of the 1950 Twentieth Century Fox film and the play 'The Wisdom of Eve' by Mary Orr will be broadcast on 11th April 2019 by NT Live. NT Live screens to 2,500 venues across 65 countries including 700 cinemas in the UK.

The Royal Opera House Opens The Linbury Theatre in London's West End

This Thursday, 17 January, the Royal Opera House's Linbury Theatre, the West End's newest and most intimate venue, opens with its first live performance. Extensively redesigned and refurbished as part of the ROH's Open Up project, London's latest state-of-the-art theatre will open with TRIOConcertDance, a mixed programme of contemporary choreography. Performed by Alessandra Ferri, Herman Cornejo and Bruce Levingston, TRIOConcertDance features a series of UK premieres, and showcases the Linbury Theatre as The Royal Ballet's new innovative and international stage for dance.
