The 24 Hour Plays has released its first-ever series of Viral Monologues on IGTV!

Tonight, The 24 Hour Plays releases its first-ever series of Viral Monologues on IGTV @24hourplays and at https://24hourplays.com/viral-monologues/. 20 of the theatre world's top writers have been paired with 20 game actors and have written unique pieces just for them. From 6 PM until midnight, the new monologues will be published, one every 15 minutes.

Just last night, Roundabout Theatre Company honored ​​​​​​​ Alan Cumming with The Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre, and Michael Kors & Lance Le Pere with The Ovation Award for Excellence in Philanthropy. CBS All Access today announced that the fourth season of its critically acclaimed original drama series THE GOOD FIGHT will premiere on Thursday, April 9. New episodes of THE GOOD FIGHT's 10-episode fourth season will be available on demand weekly on Thursdays exclusively for CBS All Access subscribers.

Today, The 24 Hour Plays announced that they'll mark their anniversary with an intimate production of The 24 Hour Musicals on Monday, June 17th at 8 PM on the Irene Diamond Stage at the Pershing Square Signature Center.

Emmy-nominated actor Hugh Dancy (Hannibal) will guest star in a multi-episode arc on the award-winning drama series HOMELAND, starring Emmy and Golden Globe winner Claire Danes and Emmy and Tony® winner Mandy Patinkin. Dancy will recur as John Zabel, a savvy Washington consultant who joins the White House as a new foreign-policy advisor to the President and a formidable opponent to Saul Berenson (Patinkin). The acclaimed series is currently in production on its eighth and final season and will premiere later this year.

On Thursday, December 13th, Frank 'Fraver' Verlizzo will discuss his 5 decades as Broadway's award-winning theatrical poster designer with Broadway World's Richard Ridge in the Bruno Walter auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. Verlizzo, known as 'FRAVER,' is the author of the best-selling FRAVER BY DESIGN: Five Decades of Theatre Post Art from Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Beyond which was published in May by Schiffer Publishing. The book includes over 250 of his theatre poster designs from Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional and international productions. The Lincoln Center Library event begins at 6 pm and admission is free.

Roundabout Theatre Company will conclude the Off-Broadway premiere of APOLOGIA, byAlexi Kaye Campbell, with direction by Daniel Aukin, on Sunday, December 16.
