Teatro Paraguas presents two classic bilingual cuentos (folktales):  Pulgas en las orejas (Fleas in the Ear), and el Zorro que caminaba (The Fox who Travelled).

Make Music New York, the unique, live, free citywide musical celebration held each June 21, is returning for its 15th consecutive year with a schedule of exciting and diverse in-person outdoor concerts, performances, music lessons, jam sessions and other music making events. This year's celebration  is returning to a mostly in-person event after last year's shifted to a largely virtual format due to COVID. 

The Jimmy Awards has just announced this year’s 72 nominees from 36 regions around the US. The national student showcase will be streamed on Thursday, July 15th at 7:30 PM. The show will feature dynamic ensemble and solo performances and will culminate with two students presented with a Best Performance by an Actress and Best Performance by an Actor award with a total of 20 awards and scholarships available to participants.

Opening in the company's new smaller studio space, The Mixing Room, is the world première of Brian & Roger – A Highly Offensive Play inspired by their hit podcast Brian & Roger, written and performed by Harry Peacock and Dan Skinner. Artistic Director of the Menier David Babani directs the production opening in October.

You can tell things are getting better in the world just by watching the Round House Theatre's latest production. It's the last of their filmed productions, for one thing.
