Stage West has announced the lineup for its 44th season! The new season will feature six shows, two of which will be co-productions.

Pavement Ends Studios has announced its inaugural youth theatre tour of Mischief Theatre Company's The One-Act Play That Goes Wrong, playing the Alpine Lodge Rail Haus in Red River, New Mexico June 15-19, 2022. The production began in Cherokee, Oklahoma as Cherokee High School's 2021 class 4A state championship play directed by Jason Paris.

Due to breakthrough cases in the company, all remaining performances of The Play That Goes Wrong in Chicago have been cancelled. 

The original cast of The Play That Goes Wrong will reunite for 2 weeks only to perform the production to UK audiences for the first time in over 5 years. Performances run at Opera House Manchester, 30 May – 4 June 2022, and Theatre Royal Newcastle, 6 – 11 June 2022 as part of the current UK tour.  

With the return of Salisbury International Arts Festival imminent, Artistic Director of Wiltshire Creative Gareth Machin today announces the line up the company's Autumn/Winter season.

Mischief has released a brand new trailer for the Olivier Award-winning box office hit The Play That Goes Wrong, the longest running comedy in the West End that’s currently blundering through its eighth catastrophic year at the Duchess Theatre. 

This dark new comedy is written by Henry Shields and directed by Henry Lewis, with cast and creative team to be announced. The production opens on 5 October at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester, with previews from 30 September, before transferring to Salisbury Playhouse from 18 October – 5 November.

1812 Productions, Philadelphia's all comedy theatre company, has announced their 2022-2023 season of laughs coming to Plays & Players Theatre in Center City, Philadelphia. Of note, the company will stage the professional regional premiere of the international hit sensation THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG, coming in 2023, along with new stagings of two of 1812's popular hits, THIS IS THE WEEK THAT IS and BROADS.

Performances of The Play That Goes Wrong have been cancelled through Monday, May 9 due to breakthrough COVID-19 cases.

The original cast of The Play That Goes Wrong are reprising their roles for two weeks as part of the production's current UK tour, 10 years after they first performed the play at The Old Red Lion Pub Theatre.

Since theatre has returned to New York City, I have seen many different shows. I’ve been to musicals, plays, and even interactive shows. But nothing can compare to one of the modern classic plays, The Play That Goes Wrong. I’ve been lucky enough to see it twice over the past two months, and even knowing all of the twists and turns, the second performance ended up being just as entertaining, if not more, than the first! Recently, I had the opportunity to interview Chris Lanceley, who plays “Jonathan” in the off-Broadway production of The Play That Goes Wrong at New World Stages.

The Play That Goes Wrong , by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields is about to crash into Sutter Street Theatre, where it runs April 29 – May 29, 2022. Directed by Connie Mockenhaupt, th play runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 4:30pm.

Mischief today announces their return to Edinburgh Festival Fringe, with three productions for 2022. The Olivier Award nominated improv show, Mischief Movie Night runs at the Pleasance at EICC (Pentland Theatre), 3 – 28 August, with full cast to be announced.
