Playwrights Horizons today launched Soundstage, an original anthological series of scripted short fiction works commissioned from a wide range of America's most adventurous playwrights.
In response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, Ars Nova has canceled the remainder of its 2019-2020 season, originally set to conclude on June 30, 2020. This includes the premiere of Heather Christian's Oratorio for Living Things, the 13th annual ANT Fest, and all of the discovery and developmental programming that was scheduled to take place.
Beginning today, March 12, Ars Nova will suspend performances of Heather Christian's Oratoriofor Living Things and close their offices at the Ars Nova Hub (511 W 54th Street) and Ars Nova at Greenwich House (27 Barrow Street) for 30 days.
