Watermill Theatre announces casting for A Mini Summer Night's Dream and The Prince And The Pauper.

Australia's leading theatre producer John Frost and Her Majesty's Theatre owner Mike Walsh today announced an exciting new initiative, Kid's Week at Charlie and the Chocolate Factory from 4-8 December 2019. During this week, every child 15 years and under will receive a free ticket to the show when accompanied by a full paying adult. Plus, as a special behind the scenes bonus, children will get to experience the fun, the people and the magic behind the show. This is a first for the Australian theatre industry.

2019 Bob Curry Fellows to Perform Showcase at Second City Hollywood Los Angeles, CA (August 2019) - On October 17th, the 2019 Bob Curry Fellows will share their talents in the first of three performances.

Sometimes, being unafraid to be yourself can be the key to unlocking your true potential. Never has that been truer than in the story of BILLY ELLIOT, currently playing (through November 24) at the Goodspeed Opera House. In this, its final production of the season, Goodspeed brings to life the hit musical (with music by Elton John and book/lyrics by Lee Hall) about a young boy in a coal-mining town in northern England in the 1980's, as he discovers a love (and gift) for dance. The result is an exciting, touching, and thrilling experience filled with stellar performances, inspired staging, and a pitch perfect interpretation of the trying times in which the play is set.  

This year's New York Comic Con hosted a panel featuring cast members and creatives from The Lightning Thief! The panel, titled 'The World of Percy Jackson: From Page to Stage,' was held Thursday, October 3, at 2:45pm in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Room 1A06.

TBS has ordered the action drama Obliterated straight to series. From the creators of Cobra Kai, and produced by Sony Pictures Television, the series will be executive produced and written by Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg and Josh Heald. Dina Hillier from the trio's Counterbalance Entertainment will also serve as a co-executive producer.

Variety reports that a new dramedy, 'Obliterated,' has been ordered at TBS from the creators of 'Karate Kid' followup series 'Cobra Kai.'

Due to popular demand from family audiences, the producers of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical have announced a new performance schedule that will take effect the week of November 4 at the Longacre Theatre (220 W. 48th Street) through the end of the show's strictly limited 16-week holiday engagement. The new musical will celebrate opening night on Wednesday, October 16.

Toronto's annual Dream Serenade benefit concert is back for its sixth year supporting and celebrating the Toronto community of children with developmental and or physical disabilities and their caregivers.
