Directed by faculty member Thom Miller, this production brings a fresh take to Shakespeare's timeless classic about a pair of star-crossed lovers. 'Romeo and Juliet' previews on Feb. 14 and opens on Feb. 15 in the Archbold Theatre at the Syracuse Stage/SU Drama Complex, 820 E. Genesee St.

On March 20 and 21, vocalists James Jackson, Jr. (A Strange Loop at Playwrights Horizons), Danielle Buonaiuto, and Victoria Huston-Elem will join composer and vocalist Karl Saint Lucy in Orion's Belt: Selections from Different Stars at Pangea. The concert is a 60-minute cut of Saint Lucy's queer song cycle, Different Stars, and marks the first time the songs have been performed together as a set.

Full casting is announced today for the new spectacular production of Zorro The Musical which will run at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester from 14 March a?" 18 April 2020, with opening night for press on 18 March, directed by Christian Durham. The show will be brought to life by a cast including Antony Costa as Garcia, Alex Gibson-Giorgio as Ramon, Emma Kingston as Luisa, Genevieve Nicole as Inez, Kit Orton as Don Alejandro and Benjamin Purkiss as the masked hero, Zorro. The cast is completed by Ajjaz Awad, Amy Bastani, Isobel Bates, Ben Boskovic, Maxwell Griffin, Matthew Heywood, Jessica Pardoe, Thomas Ping, Seren Sandham-Davies and Stylianos Thomadakis.

Grey Henson who originated the role of Damian in Mean Girls on Broadway, has announced on via his Instagram that he will be leaving the show on March 8th. 

The Town Hall will present Broadway By The Year©: Volume 1: Broadway Musicals of 2000-2004 on Monday, February 24 at 8pm. Vagabond Repertory Theatre Company is presenting an evening of excerpts from over 10 plays called 2020 Season Preview Night. Vagabond Repertory Theatre Company is a Staten Island based company, whose mission is to bring a professional theater experience to the entire Tri-State area. Their target audience is all ages, as they want to provide theatre for all who want to experience it.

The 13th season of New York Theatre Barn's signature New Works Series will launch on Monday, February 3rd, 2020, with exclusive pre-premieres of the new musicals Johnny & the Devil's Box and Burned. New York Theatre Barn serves as a home for new musicals during incubation.
