YELLOW SOUND LABEL will celebrate Baby: New Off-Broadway Cast Recording with a special concert at New York’s The Green Room 42 on Monday, February 13 at 7:00 PM.

The next Musical Theatre Melodies broadcast, hosted by Rob Morrison on 96.5 FM on Tuesday, February 7 will mark the 40th anniversary year of the David Shire and Richard Maltby Jr. musical BABY from the 2022 Out of the Box Theatrics Off-Broadway cast recording starring Julia Murney, Christina Sajous, Gabrielle McClinton, Johnny Link, Liz Flemming and Robert H. Fowler with Ethan Paulini, Jewell Noel, Jorge Donoso and Marisa Kirby (prior to its general release on 13 February.)

The event features Julia Murney and cast members from the 2021 Off-Broadway production by Out of the Box Theatrics, which was nominated for a 2022 Drama Desk Award for “Outstanding Revival of a Musical.”

The Broadway musical Paradise Square had announced that it would be releasing an original Broadway cast recording this past summer. Amid the delayed release of the cast album, Paradise Square's composer Jason Howland released 13 tracks on his Instagram.

YELLOW SOUND LABEL will release Baby: New Off-Broadway Cast Recording next year to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the show’s original production. The album is scheduled for release on streaming and digital platforms on February 14, 2023.

Barring a dramatic upturn in business, the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Paradise Square will conclude its run with the 3:00 pm matinee on Sunday, July 17 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street). At the time of closing, the production will have played 23 previews and 108 performances.

On June 20, 2022, Arts for Autism will return to the Gershwin Theatre – home of the blockbuster Wicked – for a one-night-only concert featuring a constellation of the biggest names on Broadway performing with the stars of tomorrow – student groups from across the nation.

Paradise Square, which has been nominated for 10 Tony Awards including Best Musical, has released an excerpt featuring Tony Award nominee Bill T. Jones’ exhilarating choreography for the show-stopping “Turn My Life Around.” 

YELLOW SOUND LABEL has announced that it will release Baby: New Off-Broadway Cast Recording. The album is being recorded today – Thursday, May 5 – for release later this year.

Paradise Square officially resumed performances last night, April 19, after briefly going dark due to COVID cases within the cast. Joaquina Kalukango gave a speech after last night's performance, where she talked about being grateful to be back on stage.
