BWW Review: The Bible Preaches, But GODSPELL Asks
by BWW Staff - Jun 22, 2016

If you're expecting to find your corner of the sky, you will not. Just because this is a Stephen Schwartz musical does not mean there will be someone painting with all the colors of the wind, nor will there be any gravity-defying witches, nor a hunchback. Yes, this is a Bible story, but do not expect Moses to be there even if you believe. And yes, there could be ever, ever after but there are no singing animals present. This is simply MusicArtes Inc.'s production of GODSPELL.

BWW Reviews: TOILET: A New Musical
by Jude Cartalaba - Feb 18, 2014

To talk on the big white phone (to vomit into the toilet), a slang term, has inspired composer and lyricist Ejay Yatco ('Sa Wakas,' World Championships of Performing Arts) to create the new musical titled TOILET. If young audiences enjoyed 'Grease,' Disney's 'High School Musical,' Disney's 'Camp Rock,' and FOX TV's 'Glee,' Blue Repertory's TOILET, would most likely to succeed, too, given further tweaking. If improved, TOILET could attract more young audiences to come to the theater since the musical aims to address the everyday struggles of young adults.
