Blank Theatre Company has announced the cast and creative team for the final show of their 2022 season, 'The Wild Party'. 'The Wild Party' with book, music, lyrics by Andrew Lippa.

Blank Theatre Company has paired with the JAM Orchestra to continue their season fundraising efforts. They will jointly present 'Marvelous Moments: the Music of Stephen Sondheim'. Proceeds from this event will go towards supporting Blank's upcoming production of 'The Wild Party' and JAM Orchestra's upcoming season.

Over 25,000 turned out for the Chorus of Westerly's Summer Pops on June 24th in Wilcox Park. The main attraction for the event was the premiere of Chorus Alum John Tafone's upcoming new musical the Count of Monte Cristo. Tafone, a Westerly treasure was thrilled to have his work performed in such a fashion.

The evening will feature a silent auction and performances honoring the music of legendary composer Stephen Sondheim the week of his 88th birthday.

Blank Theatre Company announces a casting change to their concert production of Songs for a New World. Blank welcomes Katherine Bourne to the cast. Kyrie Courter has left the concert due to scheduling conflicts. Ms. Bourne and Ms. Courter are both currently appearing in Marie Christine at Boho Theatre.

Eclectic Full Contact Theatre has announced casting for THE HISTORY BOYS by Tony Award winning playwright, Alan Bennett. The production will run in Studio Two at the Athenaeum Theatre from February 4 to March 5, 2017 under the direction of Eclectic Company Member, Katherine Siegel.

 Lake Forest Theatre presents its inaugural season opener, THE SECRET GARDEN, opening June 10 and running through July 2, with the press opening on Friday, June 10, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. Managing Artistic Director Steve Malone will direct the season opener at the newly renovated John & Nancy Hughes Theatre, 400 East Illinois Rd. in downtown Lake Forest. The production will be accompanied by a 15-piece live orchestra.
