Tony winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies, The Cher Show, My Fair Lady, SpongeBob) will direct an invite-only, developmental reading of the new musical, The Song of Bernadette, March 14th & 15th, starring Dear Evan Hansen's Mallory Bechtel as Bernadette, alongside Tony Winner Alice Ripley (Next to Normal, Side Show, American Psycho), Derek Klena (Carrie, Dogfight, Anastasia) and Drew Gehling (Waitress, Dave).

Just last night, Manhattan Concert Productions presented a concert performance of Frank Wildhorn and Nan Knighton's musical comedy The Scarlet Pimpernel at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center. Gabriel Barre (Stage Director) and Jason Howland (Music Director) reunited to lead the cast and creative team. The performance also featured a chorus of over 200 singers from the across the United States, a professional cast and creative team, and the New York City Chamber Orchestra.

The producers of the Broadway hit Waitress have announced that on December 10, Tony Award nominee Christopher Fitzgerald will return to the hit Broadway musical in the role of Ogie, the role he originated and earned a Tony nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical in 2016. Ogie is currently played by Alex Wyse, who will play his final performance on December 9.

Hi guys! Welcome back to my final rundown of Broadway Talks Back for the year. We were so lucky to host Catherine Charlebois this past weekend! She is best known for playing Nessarose in Wicked on Broadway and on tour. Catherine is originally from the Charlottesville area, so she was visiting town to see her family while spending some time with us as well. It was also the 1-year anniversary of our first Broadway Talks Back event, which featured Waitress star Drew Gehling!
