Jez Butterworth's The Ferryman - the critically-acclaimed new play recently named to an industry-leading 25 Best-Of-The-Year lists - will welcome many new cast members beginning Tuesday, February 19, with Brian d'Arcy James leading as Quinn Carney.

The South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference and Festivals announced the features lineup and opening night film for the 25th edition of the Film Festival, running March 9-18, 2018 in Austin, Texas. The acclaimed program draws thousands of fans, filmmakers, press, and industry leaders every year to immerse themselves in the most innovative, smart and entertaining new films of the year.

Second Stage Theater's (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) production of SOMEBODY'S DAUGHTER has been extended by one week and will now play through Sunday, June 25.

As previously announced, Second Stage Theatre will begin the 2017 Uptown Series with the world premiere of Chisa Hutchinson's SOMEBODY'S DAUGHTER, directed by MAY ADRALES.

On June 28th, Feinstein's/54 Below will present an one-night-only concert of the popular British musical Blood Brothers. Singing the beautiful score will be Beau Cassidy (whose father, David Cassidy, starred in the Broadway production) as Mickey, Donna Lynne Champlin (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, The Taming of the Shrew) as Mrs. Johnstone,  Robert Lenzi (Tuck Everlasting) as Sammy, Collin Kelly-Sordelet (The Last Ship) as Eddie, and more to be announced soon.

The 71st Annual Theatre World Awards -- the first award created in 1945 to recognize a debut theatre performance on or off-Broadway -- just honored the legacy of Betty Comden and On The Town with a special recognition for 'Outstanding Contribution to the Theatre World.' 16-time Grammy Award winning musician and composer Sting performed two intimate concerts last night, May 19, at the Heath at The McKittrick Hotel, featuring songs from his Tony-nominated score for THE LAST SHIP. Proceeds from the shows benefited The Actors Fund. Scroll down for photos!
