Dallas Theater Center (DTC) has announced its 2023 - 2024 Season, including The Rocky Horror Show, I Am Delivered’t, Every Brilliant Thing, Dial M For Murder, Fannie: The Music and Life of Fannie Lou Hamer, and Disney’s The Little Mermaid.

Casting and creative details have been announced JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, the blockbuster rock opera by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.  This is the first production of WaterTower’s 27th Season.

IT’S ALIVE! The critically-acclaimed production of Young Frankenstein, first performed at Circle Theatre earlier this year will now perform at Theatre Three throughout the Halloween season, running October 13-November 13. Directed by Joel Ferrell and Music Directed by Cody Dry, this is a bright, bold and hilarious musical inspired by the classic movie starring Gene Wilder. Check out photos from the production here.

Shane Peterman, Producing Artistic Director has announced details of the Company’s 2022-2023 Season.  This season marks the 27th for WaterTower Theatre, and the fourth season programmed by Producing Artistic Director Shane Peterman & Associate Producer Elizabeth Kensek.  

After a couple years of traveling shows, virtual productions, construction-related closures, a pandemic and a highly-anticiapted return back “home” to the Norma Young Arena Stage (*this month!), Theatre Three will celebrate six decades of creating theatre that illuminates the human experience with an all-new season.

After a year of out-of-the-ordinary experiences, Theatre Three's next season is a mix of classic drama, new works, and a celebration of the local talent in DFW. Following a season of streaming, the critically-acclaimed success of the traveling production of The Music Man and because of the ongoing construction at The Quadrangle, the Theatre Three team plans to continue to break the mold with a fully nomadic season. All programming will take place outside of the Theatre Three building at various indoor and outdoor venues.

All aboard the Wells Fargo Wagon with Theatre Three’s touring production of Meredith Willson’s The Music Man! Directed by Joel Ferrell and Music Directed by Vonda K. Bowling, this innovative boutique production on the classic musical will feature a 10-person cast.

Out of the Box Theatrics has announced that the company's return engagement for its site-specific production of the Broadway musical Baby will be delayed to Fall 2020, due to public health and safety concerns surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Newly named MAC Award Recipient for Best Male Debut, Sean Patrick Murtagh is keeping very busy during the quarantine with household projects, long isolated runs, and nachos. Lots and lots of nachos.

Out of the Box Theatrics has announced a return engagement for its site-specific production of the Broadway musical Baby, starring Tony Award winner Alice Ripley (Next to Normal). The production, directed and choreographed by Mr. Paulini, will play from April 17 through May 10, 2020 in a 60-seat loft at Theatrelab (357 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor). Opening night is Monday, April 27.
