THE NEW ENGLANDERS Begins Performances at MTC Tonight

Manhattan Theatre Club's world premiere of The New Englanders, the new play by Jeff Augustin (Little Children Dream of God) and directed by Saheem Ali (Sugar in Our Wounds), begins performances tonight at MTC's The Studio at Stage II a?" The Harold and Mimi Steinberg New Play Series (131 West 55th Street). Opening night is set for Wednesday, October 2.

TV: Eden Espinosa, Karen Olivo, Ramona Keller Will Star in BKLYN 15th Anniversary Concert

Today, producers Eden Espinosa, Bridget Elise Yingling, Scott Prisand, Doug Feurring and Jana Shea announced a one-night-only 15th Anniversary reunion concert of BKLYN: The Musical featuring Original Broadway stars Drama League nominee Eden Espinosa (RENT, Wicked) as Brooklyn, Tony Award winner Karen Olivo (Moulin Rouge, In the Heights) as Faith, and stage star Ramona Keller (The Public Theatre's Hercules, City Center's Little Shop of Horrors) as Paradice. The concert, which benefits Covenant House Foundation (www.covenanthouse.org), will be presented on the 15th anniversary of the show's Broadway opening night, Monday, October 21 at 7:30 PM, at Brooklyn Steel (319 Frost Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222). Enrico Colantoni, Obi Abili, and Alexander Garfin Will Star In The World Premiere Of FEAR at The Lortel

Matt Williams' play FEAR will receive its World Premiere beginning Tuesday, October 15 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street), directed by Tea Alagić. A limited run, FEAR will celebrate its opening night on Thursday, October 24 and run through December 8, 2019. Alvin Ailey Announces Milestone Anniversary And Special Celebrations

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater is currently bringing audiences to their feet in London during over two dozen international performances this month.  From the Sadler's Wells Theatre this Friday, Rehearsal Director Matthew Rushing will host a live stream masterclass teaching excerpts of Rennie Harris' Lazarus, involving dance studios across the United Kingdom and open to students around the world via the internet.

John Riddle and Bradley Dean Join THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA Tonight

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, welcomes two Broadway favorites today, September 11- John Riddle (Frozen, The Visit) and Bradley Dean (Dear Evan Hansen, A Little Night Music, Spamalot).
