The Monmouth Community Players (MCP) have announced their third annual socially distanced Fall production, titled Tales From Monmouth, Maine. The script for the show is adapted from “Beneath This Ground”  by Dr. Larry Buggie, with original monologues written by MCP board member Jane Mitchell.

Filled with vim and vigor from start to finish. Stray Dog Theatre’s A Little Night Music is an energetic and passionate treat. This frolic filled morsel of musical theater is a pure delight that is not to be missed.

John Mellencamp is debuting the new lyric video for “Carolina Shag.' The track hails from his beloved album Scarecrow. Mellencamp recently confirmed at 76-night tour across North America kicking off in February; the announcement came live from the opening of his new, permanent exhibition at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Trinity Repertory Company returns to live performances with its 46th annual holiday production of A Christmas Carol. Noted for being a new production each year, the 2022 production will be directed by Aileen Wen McGroddy, a recent graduate of the Brown/Trinity Rep MFA Program in Directing, and features longtime company member Phyllis Kay as Ebenezer Scrooge. 

Pascal Theatre Company has announced the world première of 12:37 at Finborough Theatre, the new play from award-winning writer and director Julia Pascal. The drama opens at Finborough Theatre on 1 December, with previews from 29 November, and runs until 21 December.

Williamstown Theatre Festival's 2022 WTF Gala in New York City will be held at City Winery on Monday, November 7, 2022. The evening will mark the return of the Late-Night Cabaret, a beloved tradition at the Festival.

DEAD & COMPANY is launching its 2023 summer tour on Friday, May 19th and Saturday, May 20th in Los Angeles. The band - Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, and Bob Weir, with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti – will perform two sets of music drawing from the Grateful Dead’s historic catalog of songs.

This holiday season, Centenary Stage Company will present Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella. Performances will run December 1-11 in the Sitnik Theatre of the Lackland Performing Arts Center of the Centenary University campus at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ.

Further venues have been announced for the UK and Ireland tour of Bartlett Sher's critically acclaimed and multi award-winning production of Lerner & Loewe's much loved MY FAIR LADY. The sumptuous production will visit Sunderland Empire (1st - 11th February), Bristol Hippodrome (14th - 25th February), Birmingham Hippodrome (8th - 19th March) and finally Manchester Palace (22nd March - 1st April).

Destiny Theatre Experience and Tennessee Playwrights Studio have announced the co-production of the world premiere of The Sins of the City - written and directed by Shawn Whitsell.

Rising pop/rock superstar Charlotte Sands has been turning heads in the music industry, being featured on huge songs from The Maine, Taking Back Sunday, Sleeping With Sirens and Cheat Codes, among others. Charlotte recently took her talents to the stadium stage in the UK opening for My Chemical Romance.

The trek, which kicks off in San Francisco on Oct. 13, follows the band’s Spring 2022 leg, which saw the Maynard James Keenan, Mat Mitchell and Carina Round led troupe perform their biggest shows to date including dates at the Greek Theatre (Los Angeles), Brooklyn’s Kings Theater and the state-of-the-art Mission Ballroom in Denver.
