The Berkshire Theatre Critics Association has announced the nominees for the 6th Berkshire Theatre Awards, known colloquially as The Berkies. This year’s awards recognize shows that opened in the greater Berkshire region between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.

The Broadway League Foundation has announced that the 14th annual Jimmy Awards will take place on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 7:30pm at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre, 200 West 45th Street in Manhattan.

Acclaimed company Charlotte Spencer Projects returns to Sadler's Wells with Written in the Body on Thursday 3 & Friday 4 November, in Lilian Baylis Studio.

The American premiere musical Zelda, produced and directed by 17-year-old Baltimore based theatre artist Sammy Jungwirth has announced its finalized dates and location. The staged concert production will take place on January 20 and 21 at 8pm in the 220 seat Lecture Hall on the CCBC Essex campus under the sponsorship of the Performing Arts at CCBC. Tickets will be available in November and will be general admission.

The Broadway community will honor the memory of Dame Angela Lansbury, the six-time Tony Award-winning actress. Ms. Lansbury passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 96.
