The trailer for Launch at Paradise, a new science-fiction thriller short film by Carrie Ann Quinn(“Defending Jacob”), has been released. 

Royal Family Productions will present a workshop production of MAMA ROSE. This piece is written and stars Richard E. Waits (A Turtle on a Fence Post, RFP: Worth St.), with direction by Royal Family Creative Director Lorna Ventura and Royal Family Artistic Director Chris Henry. 

During the pandemic, Daniel Mitura wrote and took part in the filming of his latest short film, LAUNCH AT PARADISE. The new science-fiction short explores the costs of creating a unified perspective for all humankind that has the potential to end racism, violence, and insurrection. We sat down with Mitura, his cast, and a producer for an inside look at the soon-to-be-released film.

These spooky classics are given new life as chilling theatrical stories. Though told with some humor, this production might be too intense and scary for very young audiences. 

The sci-fi thriller short film is directed by Carrie Ann Quinn, the film stars Catherine Curtain, Zainab Jah, James Harkness, Lauren Schaffel, Patrick Shane, and Daniel Mitura.

Tonya Pinkins, Kampfire Films, One Race Media, Mother Films and Paul Hsu have announced that the socio-political horror film RED PILL will have its NYC premiere as part of the 19th Annual Image Nation Outdoor Festival.

Joining Pinkins prior to the film are several of her co-stars including, Kathryn Erbe, Luba Mason, Jake O’Flaherty, and Adesola Osakalumi for a talkback.

In August, he will return to rehearsals for The Lion King in anticipation of their reopening date of September 14th, 2021.

Season 2 also features Gabo Augustine, Michelle Buteau, Jennifer Esposito, Chrissie Fit, Jonathan 'Dumbfoundead' Park, Jaboukie Young White, Wai Ching Ho, and Liang Ying He reprising their roles from the first season.

NYC's Royal Family Productions is bringing back Chris Henry's popular adaptation of the novel Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery for one day only. Anne of Green Gables: Part I was a sold-out hit when performed at South Road Farm last September, and this remount pairs it for the first time with Anne of Green Gables: Part II. 

Neo-Political Cowgirls, an organization created for women in theater to help increase the female voice in the narrative of our society’s stories, will present their annual fundraiser, Andromeda’s Sisters: An Arts and Advocacy Gala on Saturday, June 26 at 5pm at the Leiber Collection Museum in East Hampton.

TONYA PINKINS is the Tony Award-winning veteran of nine Broadway shows, numerous Off-Broadway shows, daytime dramas: As The World Turns and All My Children; primetime series: Army Wives, Scandal, Gotham, Fear The Walking Dead and Madame Secretary.
