The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) announced that its annual Broadway Belts for PFF! raised a record-breaking $350,000, bringing its eight-year fundraising total to nearly $1.2 million.

Charles Busch will return to Theater for the New City (Crystal Field, Executive Artistic Director) this spring in his uproarious new comedy The Confession of Lily Dare for a limited premiere showcase engagement. Directed by Busch's longtime collaborator Carl Andress (The Tribute Artist, Judith of Bethulia, The Divine Sister), The Confession of Lily Dare will play a limited engagement of 24 performances from Wednesday, April 4 to Sunday, April 29 at Theater for the New City's Johnson Theater (155 First Avenue).

This unique theatrical event is back for the second time - taking over the intimate second floor of the historic Ryan's Daughter (350 E 85th St, NYC) on February 24 & 25 from 1:00 p.m. through 11:30 p.m. Acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe artists from NYC, Philadelphia, and London will be presenting encore performances of their critically acclaimed shows that played the world's largest arts festival in 2017; as well as revivals of shows from 2012-2016, and previews of new shows headed to Edinburgh in 2018.

In January, New Conservatory Theatre Center is proud to offer audiences the world premiere of Tim Pinckney's Still at Risk directed by Dennis Lickteig. This takes a new look at the personal and political effects of HIV/AIDS on the LGBT community decades after the crisis through the play's main character Kevin, a surviving activist from the front lines of the AIDS crisis who is struggling to find purpose in a modern age of greater gay rights. When an unexpected event threatens to erase the history he was part of creating, his anger and passion are renewed. Deeply moving and possessing sharp humor, Still at Risk is a powerful look at the hazards of rewriting the past, and one man's attempt to move forward.
