Maui Arts & Cultural Center will present a series of free nights under the stars in the A&B Amphitheater and Yokouchi Pavilion with our Starry Night Cinema screenings.

Viewers can take another trip back to the animal metropolis when Disney’s Zootopia 2 arrives on Digital platforms January 27, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home.

Several Broadway alums and Disney Legends have joined the voice cast of Zootopia 2 in cameo roles, including Auliʻi Cravalho, Josh Gad, and Anika Noni Rose, and John Leguizamo.

Disney Theatrical Productions is developing a stage musical of Zootopia, with auditions scheduled in New York for a November 2025 work session ahead of regional productions and licensing opportunities.

Disney has unveiled some of the new projects, as well as some sneak peeks into upcoming ones, at the Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney showcase. Some of the new projects include Toy Story 5 and Hexed, and more.

In honor of Disney’s 100th anniversary, ABC is celebrating the iconic moment with an evening of magical programming hosted by Kelly Ripa. ABC will begin the evening with an episode of “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” followed by a lineup that will include exclusive moments featuring Ripa and sneak peeks of upcoming Disney projects. Hollywood's El Capitan Theatre welcomes the return of Disney's “Encanto” January 7th through January 16th, 2022 with Pajama Party screenings on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00am.
