After two and a half years without Broadway's biggest night, the Tony Awards are back. This year's presentation will honor the outstanding shows, performances and artistry of the 2019-2020 Broadway season, which was brought to a halt by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Tony-nominated play will be adapted into a limited series. David Alan Grier, who is nominated for a Tony award for his role as Sgt. Vernon Water in the play, will play the character's father in the new limited series. 

Season two of the Max Original romantic comedy anthology series focuses on Marcus Watkins (Emmy nominee and executive producer William Jackson Harper) as he comes out of a years-long relationship with the woman he thought was going to be his person.
