Theatre By The Sea owner and producer Bill Hanney is proud to announce the opening of the box office for single tickets sales for the 2019 Summer Season. Beginning on Saturday, May 4, patrons may purchase tickets (online) to Theatre By The Sea's Monday Concerts and Events, the 2019 Children's Festival and any or all of the following four exciting musicals, which includes a pre-Broadway tryout:

The 2018 BroadwayWorld Rhode Island Awards, honoring regional productions, touring shows, and more, which opened between October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018, were recently announced. Theatre By The Sea is proud to have been recognized with a total of ten awards - nine of which were for last summer's unprecedented five-week sold-out run of Mamma Mia!

On Sunday, December 9th, Bill Hanney's North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT) honored two cast members, David Coffee (Ebenezer Scrooge) and Cheryl McMahon (Mrs. Dilber), both celebrating their 25th appearance in the holiday show, A CHRISTMAS CAROL playing thru Sunday, December 23, 2018.  

Theatre By The Sea owner and producer Bill Hanney has announced a holiday food drive in support of the Jonnycake Center of Peace Dale from November 23 - December 21.

Bill Hanney's North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT) will once again present the area's most beloved production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL sponsored by MarketStreet Lynnfield. This award-winning, original musical adaptation was created solely for North Shore Music Theatre and cannot be seen anywhere else. Two cast members, David Coffee (Ebenezer Scrooge) and Cheryl McMahon (Mrs. Dilber), will be both be celebrating their 25th appearance in the holiday show. The 2003 Broadway Musical Hairspray, with a Tony Award-winning book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan and a Tony Award-winning score by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman featuring the hit songs 'Welcome To The '60s,' 'You Can't Stop The Beat,' 'Mamma, I'm A Big Girl Now,' 'I Know Where I've Boon,' and many more is at running at North Shore Music Theatre through November 11, 2018. Bill Hanney's award-winning North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT) concludes the 2018 Subscription Season with Broadway's big, fat, hit musical, HAIRSPRAY, playing for two-weeks only from Tuesday, October 30 thru Sunday, November 11, 2018. 

Jekyll & Hyde opened last night at North Shore Music theatre (NSMT) to yet another standing ovation and thunderous applause. Overall the evening was a winner.

As the big day draws near, surprises abound for her mother, Donna, with the arrival of old flames and old friends. MAMMA MIA! is packed with 22 of ABBA's greatest hits, including 'Dancing Queen,' 'Super Trouper,' 'Take A Chance on Me,' and 'The Winner Takes It All.'
