The Minnesota Orchestra today announced that conductor Sarah Hicks will lead the Minnesota Orchestra's "Live at Orchestra Hall" concert series through the 2020-21 season, and that Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Kevin Puts will continue as director of the Orchestra's Composer Institute through the 2019-20 season.

The Australian Ballet's Symphony in C brings together great works from the past century to showcase the vigour of modern ballet. Coming to Melbourne following a rapturously received season in Sydney, Symphony in C pairs a tutu spectacular by pioneering choreographer George Balanchine with a selection of perfectly contained shorter works, including two Melbourne debut works by dancers of The Australian Ballet.

Untold weaves music, movement, and excerpts from over one hundred interviews to explore the mental health crisis in America, creating an evocative meditation on hope and resiliency. This world premiere production, as part of the San Diego International Fringe Festival, marks the San Diego debut of Blindspot Collective, an organization devoted to the development of new work, new audiences, and new perspective.

Virginia's Signature Theatre opens its air-conditioned doors once again for the annual Sizzlin' Summer Nights Series. Two and a half weeks of live music and performances by Signature favorites and DC area stars. The cabaret series runs July 5 through July 22, with a different performance every night.
