 'The Last Survivor,' a play reading from the anthology by Tony Award-nominated director, playwright, and actress Eleanor Reissa, is set to take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 7:30pm at the Levis JCC Boca Raton and on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Alper JCC Miami.

Broadcaster/journalist/philanthropist Arlene Herson will be honored at a Silent Auction on March 22nd.  The event, which will take place at Boca Raton's Gallery 22, will be co-sponsored by the gallery and YI Love Jewish.  The proceeds from the auction will benefit YI Love Jewish' mission to fight antisemitism through the arts.

As part of the YI Love Play Reading Series, YI Love Jewish will present Avi Hoffman's English translation of the controversial Hebrew thriller It's Going Around by Josef Mundi, for audiences in Boca Raton and Miami Beach on March 26 and March 28, 2023. 

The Wick Theatre's Season Nine opener is five-time Tony Award-nominated Milk and Honey, a sweet and inspirational musical full of romance and comedy. The Wick's lively version stars New York Drama Desk Award-nominated actor and producer Avi Hoffman, who is renowned for his acclaimed performances that celebrate his Jewish heritage.

The 4th Annual YI Love YiddishFest '22 (yiddishfest.org) is a six-day extravaganza of comedy, concerts and plays with contemporary Jewish celebrity headliners such as YidLife Crisis, Kosha Dillz, Avi Hoffman and a concert version of the NY hit musical Stars of David.

From January 22-30, Theater for the New City will present the New Yiddish Rep's production of 'Di Froyen' (The Women), based on the play 'Women's Minyan' by Naomi Ragen, adapted for the Yiddish Rep by Melissa Weisz and Malky Goldman. Director is Rachel Botchan.

YI Love Jewish will present the next show in the YI Love Play Reading Series: 'The Gospel According to Jerry' by Richard Krevolin and Irwin Kula. The reading will be presented by The Mandel Jewish Community Center (5221 Hood Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418).

As the first production of GableStage's 23rd season, The Price, draws to a close after being met with rave reviews, the award-winning theatre is excited to announce the second production of the season, Joe Papp at the Ballroom, in alliance with Yiddishkayt Initiative (YI Love Jewish) and sponsored by The Sue & Miller Center for Contemporary Judaic Studies at the University of Miami.

The highlight event of YI Remembers. . . Krystallnacht on November 9, 2021 will be the world-premiere play reading of The Education of Herschel Grynszpan by acclaimed author, film maker and Klezmer musician Yale Strom.

This July, National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene will bring together more than 140 actors, singers and musicians from across globe for a sensational, one-time event - A Yiddish Renaissance: A Virtual Concert Celebration - filled with music and appearances by some of the most renowned Yiddish performers.
