The complete cast has been announced for the new national tour of The Sound of Music, launching September 5–6, 2025, in Utica, NY, and starring Cayleigh Capaldi, Kevin Earley, and Christiane Noll under the direction of Jack O’Brien.

This year's Creative Advisors include Sydney Freeland (Drunktown’s Finest), Aitch Alberto (Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe), Félix Endara (UNSEEN) and Chase Joynt (Framing Agnes).
You don't have to be from Belfast to appreciate the themes explored through raw physicality in Oona Doherty's Hard to Be Soft — A Belfast Prayer. Any “city body” possessing collective trauma from an urban environment will recognize and relate to the thick shells worn to conceal perceived weakness.
The Intensive is designed and led by Moi Santos and includes guidance from experienced creative advisors including Sam Feder, Yance Ford, Tourmaline, and Ro Haber. The selected fellows include Ava Davis, StormMiguel Florez, River Gallo, Carol Grant, Mitchell (MiSha) Owens, and Savannah Ward.
The performances will run from July 21st thru July 31st and feature original works by the teens, developed under the tutelage of the YDC faculty and guest artists. The company will also train daily with Ballet Hispánico's Natalia Alonso, and learn an excerpt of Ann Reinking's Ritmo y Ruido.
This June and July, Queens Theatre will present The Stonewall Legacy Project, five free, virtual events on Thursday nights in June and July led by celebrated LGBTQIA+ artists. Through sharing essential art, diverse experiences, and creating a necessary space for community and conversation, The Stonewall Legacy Project will honor the spirit of the Stonewall uprising and its half-century legacy by exploring where we've been, where we are now, and where we're going.
