New York Public Library For Performing Arts to Present Concert Performance of RUTKA in January

Development is underway for the new musical RUTKA. Selections from the show's exhilarating indie rock score will be presented on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Calling All Crows announced that the Righteous Babes Revue will perform at its 15th Annual Benefit Concert December 10, 2022, at the House of Blues Boston.  The concert, headlined by Chadwick Stokes & Friends,  will open with Righteous Babe artists Gracie and Rachel, Holly Miranda, and Jocelyn Mackenzie performing a special set together. 

Queer Icon Bitch's Fall West Coast Tour Kicks off Tonight

Abraham Alexander Releases 'Heart of Gold'

Singer songwriter Abraham Alexander is releasing “Heart of Gold,” his second song for Dualtone Records, following the single “Stay” featuring Gary Clark Jr. which came out in September. The process of filming the music video turned out to be quite emotional for Alexander, who worked with director Grant Claire.

Today Petaluma Records released the soundtrack to Take Me To The River: New Orleans — the album and feature documentary film feature new recordings from The Neville Brothers, PJ Morton, Big Freedia, G-Eazy, Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, Snoop Dogg, Dumpstaphunk, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, William Bell, Ani DiFranco, Donald Harrison, Galactic, the late Dr. John, and many more. The film hits theaters in NYC and LA today and will roll out to select cities nationwide during the month of May, list of showings HERE. The soundtrack is available now digitally, with a CD and deluxe vinyl release to come on May 27, 2022. A Take Me To The River: All Stars tour is also set for this May, and select musicians featured in the project will perform at music venues across the country.
