Development is underway for the new musical RUTKA. Selections from the show's exhilarating indie rock score will be presented on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. 

Calling All Crows announced that the Righteous Babes Revue will perform at its 15th Annual Benefit Concert December 10, 2022, at the House of Blues Boston.  The concert, headlined by Chadwick Stokes & Friends,  will open with Righteous Babe artists Gracie and Rachel, Holly Miranda, and Jocelyn Mackenzie performing a special set together. 

The tour begins tonight in Bend, OR at the Volcanic Theater and will include West Coast headline shows in Seattle, Portland, Santa Cruz, Los Angeles and more. Singer songwriter Abraham Alexander is releasing “Heart of Gold,” his second song for Dualtone Records, following the single “Stay” featuring Gary Clark Jr. which came out in September. The process of filming the music video turned out to be quite emotional for Alexander, who worked with director Grant Claire.

Overture Center for the Arts and FPC Live present Ani DiFranco with The Righteous Babes Revue: Gracie and Rachel, Pieta Brown, Jocelyn Mackenzie on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. in Capitol Theater.

Ann Kittredge will return to The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42nd Street – between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Sunday, October 23rd at 7pm with her Musical Director Christopher Denny (piano), Sean Harkness (guitar), Mary Ann McSweeney (bass), Rex Benincasa(drums) and special guests Robbie Kondor and Steve Ross.

Bitch began writing Bitchcraft eight years ago over the course of several moves and political movements. After landing in Los Angeles, she assembled a creative coven to complete the project including Anne Preven (Beyonce, Madonna, Demi Lovato), God-des, and Roma Baran (Laurie Anderson) who all advised her on the production.

Hot on the heels of a successful summer tour with Indigo Girls, legendary queer icon Bitch is thrilled to share upcoming West Coast tour dates as well as several October shows supporting Ani DiFranco. Bitch is playing shows to celebrate her beloved, poppy and poetic album Bitchcraft out now on Kill Rock Stars.

Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend—a destination concert vacation produced by Cloud 9 Adventures in partnership with The Bowery Presents will feature multiple sets from Carlile, plus Maren Morris, Sara Bareilles, Wynonna, Lucius, Yola, Allison Russell, Joy Oladokun, Ruby Amanfu, Natalie Hemby, Brandy Clark and Brittney Spencer. 

The official music video for Brandi Carlile’s new single, “You And Me On The Rock,” is debuting today. The track is from Carlile's Dave Cobb and Shooter Jennings-produced album, In These Silent Days, which was inspired by the mining of Carlile’s own history while writing last year’s #1 New York Times Best Selling memoir, Broken Horses.

Bay Area trio Rainbow Girls are currently on tour with revered singer-songwriter Ani DiFranco with upcoming California shows in Solana Beach and Los Angeles. Today Petaluma Records released the soundtrack to Take Me To The River: New Orleans — the album and feature documentary film feature new recordings from The Neville Brothers, PJ Morton, Big Freedia, G-Eazy, Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, Snoop Dogg, Dumpstaphunk, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, William Bell, Ani DiFranco, Donald Harrison, Galactic, the late Dr. John, and many more. The film hits theaters in NYC and LA today and will roll out to select cities nationwide during the month of May, list of showings HERE. The soundtrack is available now digitally, with a CD and deluxe vinyl release to come on May 27, 2022. A Take Me To The River: All Stars tour is also set for this May, and select musicians featured in the project will perform at music venues across the country.
