The New York Theatre Festival presented Last Night at the Odyssey, written and directed by Adeline Jackson, with actors Max Bodak, Luke Bucaro, Maya Sta. Ana, Rafi Perez, Henry McGonnigal, Jordan Sheldon, and Jasper Warhus. The production was choreographed by Andy Wissink and ran at the Clemente Theatre from May 25th to May 28th. She discovers the names of three men in her mother's diary, and secretly invites them back to the island they last visited 20 years ago, on the hunch one of them is her father.

Valley Youth Theatre (VYT) opens the only play of their 30th anniversary season, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, this Friday, February 8, at 7:00 pm, at Valley Youth Theatre.  In addition to opening night, public performances include Saturdays and Sundays, February 9, 10, 16, 17, 23 and 24 at 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

The book is adapted by George Abbott and Richard Bissell from the 2003 film. The show runs December 8 through December 17, 2017 at Stagebrush Theatre, 7020 E. 2nd St. in Scottsdale.
