The 2023 UK Theatre Awards winners have been revealed in a ceremony at London's Guildhall, hosted by Musical Theatre star Zoe Birkett.

Adapted to the stage by Stephen Mallatratt, the haunting of a small English town is the second longest-running play in the history of the West End and is now scaring audiences in this excellently staged, acted, and directed two-hander.

Stephen Mallatratt’s adaptation of Susan Hill’s bestselling novel tells the story of a lawyer obsessed with a curse that he believes has been cast over his family by the spectre of a ‘Woman in Black’. He engages a young actor to help him tell his story and exorcise the fear that grips his soul.

The 2021 UK Tour opens at Cambridge Arts Theatre before visiting Bath, Guilford, Oxford, Malvern, Shrewsbury, Manchester, Brighton, Glasgow, York, Blackpool, Stoke and Edinburgh. Further tour dates to be announced.

Due to popular demand, the new online comedy The Three Musketeers – attempted by FoolHardy written by Sydney Stevenson will extend its online run, now available from 15 June until 27 June.

Susan Hill's The Woman in Black is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary in the West End. As part of the celebrations, Stuart Fox has returned to the cast to reprise his role as Mr Kipps for a third time after playing him in the West End production at the Fortune Theatre and other UK venues on tour. The US premiere of Killing Time, written by Zoe Mills and directed by Antony Eden is now on stage at 59E59 Theaters as part of the Brits Off Broadway festival of shows. This well-crafted dark comedy keenly addresses end of life issues. It stars the playwright, Zoe Mills and her mother, the acclaimed actor, Brigit Forsyth.

Rehearsals began this week for the fourth West End cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child who will start performances at the Palace Theatre in London on 22 May 2019 following the final performance from the current cast on 19 May 2019.
