The Royal Conservatory of Music will open its doors to audiences for the first full concert season since March of 2020.

Directed by Sam Wrench (Billie Eilish, Mary J. Blige) and broadcast live from L.A.’s storied Laurel Canyon to over 100 IMAX theatres, “Brandi Carlile: In The Canyon Haze - Live from Laurel Canyon” will feature an intimate concert experience with Carlile and her band performing the reimagined songs featured on the deluxe album for the first time.

The new album arrives on the heels of his new single “Hush Your Mouth,” which was recently featured on Apple Music Country’s Record Bin Radio. Over 10 genre-defying songs, Hoke masterfully puts his versatility on full display as he navigates love and heartbreak, all while embracing the liberating power of a positive mindset.

Indigo Sparke has collaborated with Sounds of Saving and 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for a new episode of their “Song That Found Me At The Right Time” series which was created to promote honest, intimate conversations about mental health and inspire action for those in need of support.

Produced by Carlile and the twins, Phil and Tim Hanseroth, and recorded at their home barn studio, the expanded album features reimagined Laurel Canyon-inspired versions of each song from the album plus a rendition of David Bowie’s “Space Oddity.” Listen to “You and Me on the Rock (In the Canyon Haze)” featuring her wife, Catherine Carlile.

Written and produced by Russell, “You’re Not Alone” is an inspiring meditation on the power of ancestral strength. The track’s exquisite string arrangement is performed by Sista Strings: Monique Ross, Chauntee Ross, and Larissa Maestro. (A version of the song originally appeared on Our Native Daughters’ acclaimed 2019 debut album.)

The three-day, multi-stage free music festival who last month announced an initial list of participants has now added Emmylou Harris, Jerry Harrison & Adrian Belew – Remain In Light, Tré Burt, Mekit, Jake Blount, The Brothers Comatose, Seratones, The Tallest Man On Earth, Sarah Shook & the Disarmers, and Antibalas to its ever expanding line up.

East Nashville-based singer-songwriter Derek Hoke has announced that his new album Electric Mountain will be released via 3Sirens Music Group, the first release from the Music City collective 3Sirens’ label arm. Hoke has also just shared his new single “Wild and Free,” a blend of acoustic guitar and synthesizers that arrives with a music video.

Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend—a destination concert vacation produced by Cloud 9 Adventures in partnership with The Bowery Presents will feature multiple sets from Carlile, plus Maren Morris, Sara Bareilles, Wynonna, Lucius, Yola, Allison Russell, Joy Oladokun, Ruby Amanfu, Natalie Hemby, Brandy Clark and Brittney Spencer. 

The official music video for Brandi Carlile’s new single, “You And Me On The Rock,” is debuting today. The track is from Carlile's Dave Cobb and Shooter Jennings-produced album, In These Silent Days, which was inspired by the mining of Carlile’s own history while writing last year’s #1 New York Times Best Selling memoir, Broken Horses.

A self-proclaimed anti-fascist record, Love Is The Only Thing keeps kindness and compassion in the foreground, following a similar musical path to Mulvey and SistaStrings’ Live at the Café Carpe, which was released in late 2020 and, like the new album, includes drummer Nathan Kilen rounding out the ensemble. Lauren Monroe - singer, songwriter, and healing artist - announces her third album, Messages from Aphrodite, with the release of the new single, “If You Want.” Co-produced by Monroe with the renowned Jim Scott, “If You Want” features a guest performance from the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Rick Allen, drummer of Def Leppard, and Monroe’s husband and frequent collaborator.
