Tyler Childers will continue his global “Mule Pull ’24 Tour” through next summer. Special guests on the tour include Adeem The Artist, Willi Carlisle, S.G. Goodman, Wayne Graham, Shakey Graves, Valerie June, Laid Back Country Picker, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Allison Russell. 

The extensive tour will kick off in February and includes stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden (two nights), Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena (two nights), Inglewood’s Kia Forum, Austin’s Moody Center, Fort Worth’s Dickies Arena and London’s Eventim Apollo (two nights) as well as shows in Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Norway and more.

The three-day 2023 XPoNential Music Festival presented by Subaru, produced by Philadelphia public radio station WXPN in partnership with the Camden County Board of Commissioners, will feature 24 artists performing on two stages from Friday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 24.

The lineup includes performances by Carlile, Janelle Monae, Sarah McLachlan, Lucius, Allison Russell, Celisse, KT Tunstall, Wendy & Lisa, corook, Monica Martin, Tish Melton, SistaStrings and SmallTown Strings as well as Mary Chapin Carpenter, Brandy Clark and Kim Richey guest starring as “Titans of Americana” for a special songwriters round.

It features Russell’s “Rainbow Coalition” ensemble: Elenna Canlas, Elizabeth Pupo-Walker, Ganessa James, Joy Clark, Kerenza Peacock, Larissa Maestro, Mandy Fer (Sway Wild), Megan Coleman, Meg McCormick , SistaStrings (Chauntee & Monique Ross) , Wendy & Lisa (Wendy Melvoin & Lisa Coleman aka The Revolution) and Wiktoria Bialic. 

Joining this already stellar roster are more remarkable artists including GRAMMY Award-nominated artist and activist Allison Russell, platinum-selling violinist and dancer Lindsey Stirling, Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Victoria Monét, Cavetown, and Chelsea Cutler, VINCINT, and David Archuleta.

In addition to previously announced shows at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s CMA Theater (October 8), The Basement East (October 9) and the historic Ryman Auditorium (October 10, Prine’s birthday), the four-day gathering will also include several special events such as official pop-ups, film screenings, song circles and more.

Shift was recorded in Nashville at 3Sirens Music Group with producer, engineer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Dex Green (Margo Price, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Allison Russell) along with a stellar line-up of musical talent including Fred Eltringham on drums (ACM Drummer of the Year, Drumeo Country Drummer of the Year, Sheryl Crow, Willie Nelson).

Alongside the announcement, Scouten shares 'Dragonheart,' a playful, Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks-inspired light-hearted folk tune, out everywhere now. The creation of Scouten's forthcoming, road-trip-salt-air filled fourth studio album Turned to Gold inspired her to continue to pursue music professionally.

Puerto Rican-Italian Nashville-based musician Becca Mancari recently announced their third album, Left Hand. Mancari has already shared two previews of the record, including lead single and queer joy anthem “Over and Over” featuring Julien Baker, and the more guitar-forward “Don’t Even Worry,” written, produced and performed with Brittany Howard.

Bahamas, a.k.a. Afie Jurvanen, has announced a fall US tour. The tour will find the award-winning Canadian singer/songwriter/guitarist performing 32 shows in 29 days, starting on September 21st in Nashville during the 2023 AmericanaFest, following Bahamas’ debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry on September 20th.

Brandi Carlile’s new rendition of Indigo Girls’ “Closer to Fine,” featuring her wife, Catherine Carlile, is out now and featured on the new version of the Barbie movie soundtrack: Barbie The Album (Best Weekend Ever Edition). Produced by Carlile, who plays guitar, piano, keys, banjo and moog on the track, “Closer To Fine.'
