Northrop announces its 2019-20 Film Series, featuring several award-winning films with diverse artistic voices from around the world. From a film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby to the Beatles fan favorite Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and the more recent The Hate U Give, the series includes cult classics and notable works exploring history, social issues, and arts performances.

It was a hot summer night on July 19th, 2009, at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey, when 14-year-old Jason Hartless stepped out on stage to kick off the opening night of Mötley Crüe's “Crüe Fest 2” Tour as the hired drummer for one of Motley Crue's supporting acts. Everything changed when the 14-year-old Jason Hartless received a call explaining that a band scheduled to tour on the Crue Fest 2 Tour needed a drummer to crisscross the United States until Labor Day weekend. Without hesitation Jason jumped at the opportunity. This was the summer that Jason was transitioning from junior high to high school, it would also be his first year of marching band camp and drumline. So the choice was go to band camp or tour all summer with Motley Crue. It was not a hard decision.

The new exhibition Bob Gruen: Rock Seen opens at the Morris Museum, featuring a selection of 72 works by one of rock & roll's best-known and most respected photographers. Active in the rock scene for over fifty years, Bob Gruen (b. 1945, New York) has shot some of the most memorable images of rock music's greatest artists. His photographic approach is distinguished by the ability to capture performers, both onstage and off, through candid images that convey the feeling of the moment. The show will be on view from June 21 November 10, 2019.

Grammy Award-nominated classical composer and rock icon Kip Winger (Winger, Alice Cooper, Alan Parsons), in his theatrical composing debut, and acclaimed writer/director Damien Gray (Atomic the Musical, Animagique, Steps In Time, Biohazard and Sing On Tour) are thrilled to announce the concept album release of their new musical thriller GET JACK on Friday, July 19th 2019 worldwide.

Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famer Alice Cooper has just announced his Fall 2019 tour plans. He will embark on a spate of 'An Evening With' headline tour dates this November, beginning November 3 in Florida. Additional dates will be announced shortly.

David Winters, a dancer who appeared on Broadway in the original production of West Side Story, who then turned choreographer, has died on April 23 at age 80. The cause of death was reportedly congestive heart failure, according to The New York Times.

THE WHO are gearing up for a 29-date North American 'Moving On' Symphonic Tour where a local symphony orchestra will join the band nightly for songs from 'Tommy' and 'Quadrophenia'along with their greatest hits and some long awaited new tunes.  Roger Daltrey got the idea of a symphonic tour after spending the summer of 2018 performing 'Tommy' with symphonies and“loving the experience”.  That tour was conducted by renowned composer and conductor, KEITH LEVENSON, where he led symphonies including The Boston Pops, The Chicago Symphony and The Cleveland Orchestra.

On the heels of the recent announcement of the release of the upcoming album, Beasto Blanco; the band comprised of Chuck Garric (long time Alice Cooper bassist) on guitars and vocals, Calico Cooper on vocals, Brother Latham on guitars, Jan LeGrow on bass and Sean Sellers on drums, have released the first music video from the upcoming album. “The Seeker” is the first single from the upcoming album We Are and the music video marks the directorial debut by Calico Cooper. The video also features Jerrell Lee and Aleksandar Popavic,

New York based band The Cringe have released their latest song “I Can't Take It No More” via New Noise Magazine.
