Showtime has announced a new premiere date for the third season of CITY ON A HILL starring Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge. The original premiere date of July 10 has been moved due to scheduling shifts. The Gotham Film & Media Institute (The Gotham)  announced the winners of the 31st Annual Gotham Awards at a ceremony held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on November 29.
