Inproximity Theatre Company's Project W Theatre Festival Begins Next Week

InProximity Theatre Company (Jolie Curtsinger, Laurie Schaefer Fenton, Co-Artistic Directors) is proud to announce the cast for this year's second annual PROJECT W Theatre Festival which includes work by Darcy Parker Bruce, Mathilde Dratwa, Christina Gorman, Donna Hoke, Kara Emily Krantz and recently added Ann Marie Shea. PROJECT W Theatre Festival will take place June 4-9, 2018 with readings starting June 5, and will kick-off with an opening night, invite-only party on June 4, 2018 at Town Stages (5 White Street). Award-winning indie feature DETOURS will get a Black Friday release on Amazon Prime, as the movie debuts on Friday November 25. Richard Kind (Inside Out), Michael Cerveris (TONY award winner for Fun Home on Broadway), and Paul Sorvino (Goodfellas) join stars Tara Westwood (Surviving Family) and Carlo Fiorletta (Available: A Modern Day Fairy Tale) in this road-trip dramedy.

Crowded Outlet, a not-for-profit development and producing organization in its inaugural year, is proud to announce the New York premiere of the new comedy LONE STAR SPIRITS. Written by Josh Tobiessen (the critically acclaimed Election Day) and directed by Wes Grantom (Eager to Lose and The Steadfast), LONE STAR SPIRITS will be performed Friday, June 3rd through Sunday, June 19th, 2016 at the 4th Street Theatre (83 East 4th Street). This just in from the Manhattan Theatre Club, after announcing that they duo was out last night as well, today's message reads 'Nina Arianda and Sam Rockwell are both sick and unfortunately will not be performing in FOOL FOR LOVE's Sunday, November 8 matinee. The show will go on with Amelia McClain and Aaron Roman Weiner in the roles of May and Eddie. If audience members have tickets for the matinee and would like to reschedule for a different performance, or receive a refund, they should contact their point of purchase.'
