Created by Bridget Everett, Marc Shaiman, Scott Wittman, Adam 'Ad-Rock' Horovitz, and Matt Ray, and directed by Scott Wittman, ROCK BOTTOM was originally commissioned as part of the Joe's Pub 2013 New York Voices series.
