As a member of DOMA Theatre, Kelly has received accolades for his roles in several company productions. He is also preparing to take a new musical he has written to the stage, and as a Recording Artist works with some of the finest producers and recording engineers in Hollywood. On the heels of winning Inspirational Album of the Year at this year's WE LOVE Christian Music Awards, Natasha Owens is back in the studio with two-time Dove Award 'Producer of the Year' Ian Eskelin (Francesca Battistelli, Point of Grace, 7eventh Time Down) recording the follow up to her critically-acclaimed sophomore album, 'We Will Rise.' In addition to preparing new music for release later this year, the powerhouse vocalist is hitting the road this summer, sharing the stage with some of Christian music's biggest names.

Pleasantville theater company Arc Stages announces Dig A Little Deeper to begin the new Next Stage Writer's Lab. The Next Stage premiered two years ago with John Cariani's LOVE/SICK and focuses on showcasing new, innovative work by a wide variety of exciting and talented writers. The Next Stage Writer's Lab will produce a few Readings each year with audience Q&A, in order to help new works reach audiences and to nurture the development process. The Next Stage is the third wing of a company that also includes a thriving Educational Stage and Community Stage.

Babes With Blades Theatre Company (BWBTC) continues its 20th Anniversary Season: Origins with the Chicago premiere of The Good Fight, playing at City Lit Theater, 1020 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., January 6 February 17, 2018. Developed in 2011 through BWBTC's Fighting Words program under the title Deeds Not Words, the play is written by Anne Bertram, executive director of Theatre Unbound, a Minneapolis/St. Paul company devoted to work by and about women. Elizabeth Lovelady, a Jeff Award-winning artist based in Chicago, directs The Good Fight, which features combat by Violence Designer Gaby Labotka with Assistant Violence Designer Almanya Narula.

The collaboration started with ZOMBIE, an award winning solo play by Bill Connington, adapted from Oates' novella that played for a successful extended run on Theatre Row earlier this year. Two independent evenings of Oates' short plays will take place Tuesday, Oct 13 and Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30 pm at the New York Society Library, 53 East 79th Street (just east of Madison Avenue, 6 train to 77th Street). Audience discussions will take place after performances.
