On September 30, 2022, the Chineke! Orchestra will release a new album, Coleridge-Taylor. The album features music by the celebrated African-British composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor with an appearance by award-winning U.S. violinist Elena Urioste, plus a world premiere recording of a work by Coleridge-Taylor's daughter Avril Coleridge-Taylor.

Naomi Wallace’s The Breach is the first in a trilogy of plays about different communities in Kentucky. Receiving its UK premiere at the Hampstead Theatre, Wallace’s play focuses on four teenagers who live in Louisville, Kentucky – siblings Jude (Shannon Tarbet) and Acton (Stanley Morgan) and Acton’s friends Hoke (Alfie Jones) and Frayne (Charlie Beck).

Production images have been released for Naomi Wallace’s absorbing, coming-of-age drama, The Breach ahead of its UK premiere on Thursday 12 May.  Directed by Sarah Frankcom, The Breach will run until 4 June 2022. 

Decca has announced the signing of US composer Carlos Simon and the release of his new album Requiem for the Enslaved. The title work sees Simon infuse the traditional Catholic requiem with music from African American spirituals to create a haunting piece for chamber ensemble and spoken word.

Hampstead Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the UK premiere of Naomi Wallace's new play, The Breach.

After the tremendous success of his debut album last year, Jeff Goldblum today reveals he is to release a second album on his record label Decca.

The HBO/BBC drama series GENTLEMAN JACK begins its eight-episode season MONDAY, APRIL 22 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO. Variety has reported that Jeff Goldblum will record his first jazz album and release it on Decca Records. The album came about after the actor accompanied soul-jazz singer Gregory Porter on the BBC talk show The Graham Norton Show last October while promoting his film Thor: Ragnarok. Goldblum's skills caught the attention of Decca executives during the episode.

The final production in SITTING SHOTGUN's inaugural season, In the Tent of the King, is a classically structured Greek play written, conceptualized, and created from a contemporary point of view. The play highlights the divide between the Trojan civilians and the Greek army in the wake of the Trojan War, questioning the equity of being human in a post-war setting, asking the essential question, 'Can a good person do evil things?'
