4th Wall Theatre Company, continuing to set high standards for extraordinary performances in Houston, begins its 13th season with the modern romantic classic, THE PAVILION by award-winning theatre and TV writer Craig Wright and directed by Christy Watkins (Miss Maude, Jesus Hopped the ‘A’ Train, Disgraced).

​I first read THE LEGEND OF GEORGIA MCBRIDE when I was cast to play Jo in a directing class production. It seemed like such a fun show, with sassy lines, hilarious scenarios, and endearing characters. However, the logistics of the constant costume, set, and mood shifts seemed like a nightmare. However, Stages has made magic once again! ​

Do you ever watch a film and think about what you do in the conflict? Does your concept of that conflict change? How would you react if you were in Thano's snap or your father said you couldn't interact with the human world because you live underwater? Now add those ideas and mix them with thoughts of race. These contemplations are at the heart of Jackie Sibblies Drury's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Fairview, which is currently open at 4th Wall Theatre Co. 

4th Wall Theatre's production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece, FAIRVIEW runs through June 17, 2023. 4th Wall Theatre will close its 2022-2023 season with the Pulitzer Prize winning masterpiece, FAIRVIEW from May 26 – June 17, 2023.

Rec Room Arts presents WOLF PLAY written by Hansol Jung and directed by Lily Wolff (Hurricane Diane). Following an exciting and extended production at Soho Rep in New York, WOLF PLAY will make its Houston premiere this spring at Rec Room Arts.

4th Wall Theatre Company continues its streak of Houston premieres with the  penultimate play of its season, SANCTUARY CITY by Martyna Majok opening on March 24, 2023.

Rec Room Arts has announced the opening of A NUMBER by Caryl Churchill. Preview performances begin on February 2, 2023 with an official press opening night on Saturday, February 4, 2023.
