In the Heights, from composer and lyricist, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and librettist Quiara Alegría Hudes, is a joyful story set over the course of three days, involving characters in the largely Dominican American neighborhood of Washington Heights in Upper Manhattan, New York City. It was nominated for 13 Tony Awards and won four, including Best Musical.

Center Repertory Company kicks off the summer with Lin-Manuel Miranda and Quiara Alegría Hudes' exuberant Tony Award-winning Broadway musical In the Heights. From the creator of Hamilton comes this jubilant story of New York's Washington Heights neighborhood and its vibrant community.

The real and digital worlds collide this May 4-21 at Eagle Theatre with award-winning drama, Water by the Spoonful.  The 2012 Pulitzer Prize-winning drama is written by Philadelphia native, Quiara Alegría Hudes, known best for her work on the complete A Soldier's Fugue Trilogy, of which Water by the Spoonful is a part, and the book for the acclaimed musical In the Heights.

Gulfshore Playhouse has announced the cancellation of 26 Miles by Quiara Alegría Hudes, due to city-wide damages and the uncertain opening of the Norris Center performance space.
