The inaugural Alabama International Fringe Festival takes place May 12th-14th, 2023 in the River Region of Alabama. With live theatrical performances, pop-up performances, a film festival, live stories and even a digital fringe, the AIFF strives to provide a space to showcase unique theatrical experiences from anywhere in the world in the vibrant arts scene of the Alabama River Region.

The Commitments musical has been adapted from the novel by Booker prize winning author Roddy Doyle himself and is directed by Andrew Linnie.

Theatre Royal, Glasgow is thrilled to welcome back THE COMMITMENTS this festive season for a showstopping week of soul rock and roll.

It is 35 years since The Commitments first burst from the pages of Roddy Doyle's best-selling novel. The world's hardest working and most explosive soul band are set to return in an all new stage production visiting Milton Keynes Theatre 24 – 29 October.

The Town Hall presents Celebrating the Music of Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye on September 2 at 8pm. This evening of song features Carla Cooke, Sam’s daughter; Garfield Fleming, who toured with the Delfonics and William Hart for more than 25 years; and Brian Owens, who’s rendition of Sam Cooke’s A Change is Gonna Come has 81 million views on YouTube.

The show was billed as AN EVENING WITH SERGE CLIVIO AND FRIENDS VOL. 2. There is truth in advertising. There were many friends who graced the stage with Clivio. This is the fourth time Serge has appeared at 54 Below including his previous Vol. 1 show which included some of the same friends gathered from his time at school and from the start-up company where he works. But tonight was a special night. After an especially challenging year, the singer was donating all the proceeds of tonight’s show to Memorial Sloan Kettering. And even though Clivio said he didn’t want the show to be about that (and it wasn’t,) the fact that they were speaks volumes about the heart and soul of this young and talented performer.

Fane have announced a live tour celebrating the prolific career of one of Ireland's best loved writers, Roddy Doyle. Conversations with Roddy Doyle will tour across the UK and Ireland in 2020 and will see Roddy discuss his work in an intimate and entertaining evening of sprawling conversation, with various special guest interviewers, beginning at HOME Manchester on Sunday 8th March 2020 and concluding at Belfast's Ulster Hall on Thursday 4th June 2020.
