York Theatre Company has cast its two new musicals, Rogues to Riches and Scandalous Behavior, as part of its Developmental Reading Series. Readings will be held at Saint Peter's Church on Thursday, June 3pm at 3 and 7pm for Rogues to Riches and Friday, June 4 at 3pm for Scandalous Behavior.
