Trinity Repertory Company celebrated its 27th Pell Awards Gala on June 9, honoring outgoing artistic director Curt Columbus, philanthropist Paul J. Choquette Jr., and Teatro ECAS artistic and executive director Francis Parra. The evening featured performances by Trinity Rep resident company members and a special presentation of the Key to the City to Columbus by Providence Mayor Brett Smiley.
