'Less Lonely' is an exciting and comedic Off-Broadway show written and performed by Jes Tom. It explores themes of sex, gender transition, and love in the face of the apocalypse. Directed by Em Weinstein and presented by Elliot Page, the show is currently in previews at the Greenwich House Theater. Opening night is on December 11.

Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, will kick off the new year with Shakespeare's romantic comedy Twelfth Night, directed by Sara Holdren with original songs composed by the band/theater collective The Lobbyists. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, on Saturday, January 11 and continue through Sunday, February 2. The opening night performance is Friday, January 17 at 7pm. Due to popular demand, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater has added two matinee performances, October 4 and 11 at 1pm, of Novenas for a Lost Hospital, and released production photography by Julieta Cervantes. Novenas for a Lost Hospital is a communal experience created by playwright Cusi Cram (A Lifetime Burning) and Rattlestick's Artistic Director Daniella Topol (Ironbound) that stars Tony Award-nominated and four-time Obie-winning actress Kathleen Chalfant (Angels in America, Wit).
