The Ringwald Theatre has teamed with Ferndale High School to present The Go-Go's jukebox musical Head Over Heels. Made possible by a grant from the Ferndale Community Foundation, The Ringwald will pair professional actors with high school students to perform this musical in an outdoor production at Ferndale High School's Courtyard, located at 881 Pinecrest Ferndale, MI 48220.

Stagecrafters current production is anything but tame, it's wild! Go Comedy! Improv Theater is opening the holiday season this week with its ninth original holiday show, Episode 8: The Last Magi. The original sketch comedy revue is one of several special events and shows filling the award-winning improv theater's schedule through the season. Detroit's newest professional theatre isn't playing it safe for its debut production. The Assembly Line Theatre Company has chosen to present the world premiere of FWP (F---ing White People), an edgy, bitingly funny new work from Detroit playwright Sean Paraventi.

It has taken more than a year of planning, fundraising and construction to transform the former BHA Hall on Caniff in Hamtramck into Ant Hall. Now, Planet Ant is proud to announce the official ribbon-cutting of Ant Hall and premiere of the venue's first Planet Ant Production, The Detroit Musical, Friday, March 24.  A complete schedule follows this release.
