Alongside unveiling their brand new show image, Bristol Old Vic today announced the full cast and creative team for Choir Boy, with a cast led by some of the hottest young musical theatre stars in the UK.

Annabelle Comyn directs Nina Bowers (Cassandra), Daon Broni (Aegisthus), Jim Findley (Tyndareus), Kate Stanley Brennan (Cilissa), David Walmsley (Agamemnon) and Eileen Walsh (Clytemnestra). 

With Chinonyerem Odimba and Ben and Max Ringham's Black Love currently running at the theatre, Kiln Theatre, in a brand-new partnership with the Abbey Theatre, today announces the full cast for Marina Carr's Girl on an Altar. Artistic Director of Kiln Theatre, Indhu Rubasingham, today announces the cast for her production of Alexis Zegerman's Holy Sh!t - Daon Broni (Nick), Claire Goose (Juliet), Daniel Lapaine (Sam) and Dorothea Myer-Bennett (Simone). This world premiere production is the first in the newly refurbished Kiln Theatre, reopening after a major capital redevelopment project with press night on 10 September, previews from 5 September, and running until 6 October.

We're back in the world of ration books, blackouts and spam fritters, as Nicholas Wright delves into the home front via his adaptation of Patrick Hamilton's 1947 novel. Though there's a certain period chintz about Jonathan Kent's production, darker undercurrents make this a more complex proposition than it first appears.

Actress Fenella Woolgar's work ranges from Handbagged and Circle Mirror Transformation to Home Fires and Doctor Who. She's currently starring in the stage adaptation of Patrick Hamilton's The Slaves of Solitude, about a boarding house in 1943 Henley-on-Thames, where Miss Roach, who endures daily torment from a fellow occupant, becomes involved with an American serviceman. The play is now in previews at Hampstead Theatre.
